We recently attended the NVIDIA AI Summit, and wow, what an incredible gathering of innovators, engineers, and AI dreamers from across Japan and beyond.

The energy in the room was electric, with conversations ranging from autonomous driving to generative AI, edge computing, robotics, and more. For a company like us, building the Kanaria Robotic Model (KRM) an AI foundation model for autonomous mobile robots it felt like being exactly where we belonged.
Why It Mattered for Us
At Kanaria Tech, we’re pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in real-world robotics. Being part of the NVIDIA Inception Program has already given us access to powerful compute resources and tools but seeing how other startups, researchers, and corporations are applying NVIDIA’s tech gave us fresh ideas and motivation.
We were especially inspired by:
Talks on simulation-driven development
Advances in multimodal AI and how they’re powering intelligent agents
Use cases in smart cities and robotics that align closely with our roadmap
Conversations That Count
Throughout the day, we had great chats with fellow developers, potential collaborators, and investors curious about how we're using NVIDIA GPUs to power our training pipelines and simulations. It was also encouraging to hear so many people share our excitement about robots that don’t just follow scripts but learn, adapt, and interact with people.
What’s Next
Events like the NVIDIA AI Summit remind us that we’re part of a growing ecosystem and that the future of robotics isn't just in the lab. It's on the streets, in hospitals, on campuses, and in the fields. And it's powered by people thinkers, builders, and curious minds coming together to solve hard problems.
We left the summit energized, focused, and more connected than ever.
Big thanks to NVIDIA Japan and the organizers for putting together such a valuable event.
